Notice of Intent Announcement
WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Office of Fossil Energy and Carbon Management (FECM) today announced its intent to issue funding in support of research and development projects done in cooperation with industry and academia to solve climate change challenges.

NETL and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Fossil Energy and Carbon Management will explore ways to collaborate toward a carbon pollution-free energy future during the 2024 Low Emission Advanced Power (LEAP) Workshop Sept. 15–18, 2024. Scheduled to be held in Washington, D.C., the event will be co-located with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) 2024 Power Conference.
