Solicitation 89243324RFE000084 – Information Technology Support Services 2 (ITSS2)

NETL has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to available Contractors under the National Institutes of Health Chief Information Officer – Solutions and Partners 3 Government Wide Acquisition Contract (NIH CIO-SP3 GWAC). ITSS2 services are to provide support for IT operation and maintenance functions, inclusive of Enterprise IT, Cybersecurity, and Research IT, as well as allow for acquisition of specialized IT support on an as-needed basis.

The resulting contract, from the RFP, will be a performance-based hybrid contract with a blend of Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Cost-Plus-Award-Fee (CPAF) and No-Fee Contract Line-Item Numbers (CLINs) with a base period of thirty-six (36) months and one twenty-four (24) month option period for a total of a five-year (5) period of performance if the option is exercised. It is anticipated that the award date for the resulting contract will be prior to the expiration of the current contract and will have an effective date of May 2024.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 541512.

Questions relating to the RFP are required to be submitted electronically through the CIO e-GOS web portal. All questions must be submitted no later than February 9, 2024 at 4:00 pm Eastern Time. Proposals are required to be submitted electronically through the CIO e-GOS web portal. The due date and time for proposals is February 20, 2024 at 4:00 pm Eastern Time.
