Solicitation DE-SOL-0010957 – 05/17/2017 - NETL issued the RFP under the NIH NITAAC CIO-SP3 SB Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) for Corporate Human Resource Information System (CHRIS) Operation and Maintenance Support Services. The CHRIS effort was previously a small portion of the Information Technology Operations and Maintenance Support Services (ITOMS) contract. This is a small business set-aside requirement and will require interested parties to be current contract holders under the CIO-SP3 SB GWAC. Potential Offerors are required to have Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) for Services (CMMI-SVC) level 3 or higher or for Development (CMMI-DEV) level 3 or higher.
