Attendees who are joining the meeting, a payment must be submitted no later than Thursday, July 23, 2026 to partake in group catering.
Group catering will include each day; continental breakfast and lunch.
*NETL employees must pay by personal credit card if they wish to partake in the group catering.
**Registration fee will not be refunded after Thursday, July 23, 2026.

Laboratory Tour Requirement: Closed-toed shoes are required and must be worn during the tour as this is a walking tour.
Conference and Meeting Spaces: You may want to have a sweater on hand as it could be a bit chilly in certain areas within conference rooms.

Photography: is prohibited while on the NETL site, whether in outdoor or indoor spaces. An NETL photographer will be present during the events and photographs will be posted to the lab’s Flickr account afterwards. We can share the link with your post-visit.
Any visitor coming to NETL MUST present a Real ID or Real ID compliant identification. A passport, HSPD-12 PIV, DOD ID may be used as a Real ID compliant identification. If the visitor does not have a Real ID or Real ID compliant identification, they will be denied access.
Electronic Device Policy
For the safety and security of our premises, we strictly prohibit the use of cameras and other recording devices. Taking photographs or videos inside the facility is not permitted.
To minimize security screening time and to ensure compliance with our electronic device policy, we strongly advise visitors to leave all electronic devices, including laptop computers, at home or in your vehicle. Only essential medical devices are permitted.
We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these policies, which help us maintain a secure environment for everyone.

*The registration fees associated with NETL-hosted events are used to purchase food and beverages for attendees because the law prohibits using taxpayer funds to purchase food and beverages. Registrants may decline the food and beverages provided and attend the event for free.
**If you registered and did not select catering as an option but would like to opt-in to catering now, please go back into the system and re-register. Please email Karen Blaney, Event Manager, to ensure that your old registration is removed or if you have additional questions.
