SPRING 2023 FECM UNIVERSITY TRAINING AND RESEARCH (UTR) PROGRAM WEBINAR
WEBINAR SUMMARY
On April 17, 2023, DOE’s National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) within the Office of Fossil Energy and Carbon Management (FECM) hosted a webinar as a part of the University Training and Research Program (UTR).
The webinar offered an opportunity to become familiar with NETL, including its mission as the leading national laboratory for carbon management research. Webinar participants were also able to gain an in-depth understanding of the UTR program objectives as well as how to plan, organize, and submit proposals in response to Funding Opportunity Announcements (FOAs).
In addition to providing information on FECM and NETL’s UTR program, the webinar also highlighted other research opportunities (e.g., summer internships, etc.) available to both university students and faculty members.
