Production of Salable Rare Earth Element Materials from Coal and Coal By-Products

The purpose of this Notice of Intent is to provide potential applicants advance notice that the Department of Energy, Office of Fossil Energy intends to issue, a Funding Opportunity Announcement, number DE-FOA-0001627 entitled " Production of Salable Rare Earth Element Materials from Coal and Coal By-Products ". PLEASE NOTE THAT NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED THROUGH THIS NOTICE. Please do not submit questions or respond to this Notice of Intent. The updated Notice of Intent provides information from the REE Workshop held August 8-9, 2016 at the National Energy Technology Laboratory in Morgantown, WV.  All associated attachments (presentations, notes, participant list, and questions & answers) are located in FedConnect.
