This Notice provides potential applicants advance notice that the Department of Energy Office of Manufacturing and Energy Supply Chains (MESC) intends to issue a Notice of Funding Opportunity (DE-FOA-0003587) titled “Rare Earth Elements Demonstration Facility”. NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED THROUGH THIS NOTICE. Please do not submit questions or respond to this Notice of Intent.
