The purpose of this FOA is to investigate the establishment of Carbon Capture, Removal, and Conversion Test Centers to cost-effectively research and evaluate, in an integrated process, the technical efficacy of advanced systems and components under relevant industrial or power plant operating conditions. Instructions for the FOA can be found at FedConnect.

Amendment 000001 was issued to incorporate the Summary Slides content requirements (Section IV.B.viii.), and update the Transparency of Foreign Connections language (Section IV.B.xxv.).
