The Department of Energy’s (DOE) National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) intends to issue an Amendment to Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) No. DE-FOA-0002400 on behalf of the Office of Fossil Energy and Carbon Management (FECM) in the third quarter of the 2023 calendar year.
