Notice of Intent to Issue DE-FOA-0002730 BIL: Carbon Capture Technology Program, Front-End Engineering Design for Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Transport

This Notice of Intent provides a high-level draft plan for DOE’s current vision to meet the relevant BIL requirements by expanding DOE’s Carbon Capture Technology Program to include front-end engineering design for CO₂ transport.. This Notice provides potential applicants advance notice that the Department of Energy Office of Fossil Energy and Carbon Management (FECM) intends to issue a Funding Opportunity Announcement (DE-FOA-0002730).  No applications will be accepted through this Notice.  This Notice is for informational purposes only and is issued so that interested parties are aware of FECM’s intentions to issue the announcement in the near term.  Additional details can be found at Fedconnect
