Amendment 000001 – The purpose of this amendment is to make edits/updates to Appendix C.
Amendment 000002 – The purpose of this amendment is to revise the page limit of the SOPO template in Exchange to match the FOA (7 pages) and to correct a discrepancy regarding the resume page limit (2 pages per resume - see table in Section IV.D.i.).

Electric Drive Vehicle Battery Recycling and Second-Life Program aimed at research, development, and demonstration of second-life applications for electric drive vehicle batteries that have been used to power electric drive vehicles, and technologies and processes for final recycling and disposal of the electric drive vehicle batteries.
