Amendment 000001 - The purpose of this amendment is to change the Letter of Intent from required to strongly encouraged; to clarify the content and process for a Letter of Intent; and to clarify the requirements for AOIs 3,4, 5, and 10; and to correct language in Criterion 2a. Section V.A.
Amendment 000002 - The purpose of this amendment is to correct the date for Replies to Reviewer Comments; to address the UEI with respect to Exchange; to clarify requirements related to AOIs 1-3 (40207 (b)(3)(A)(iii) & (B)(iii)); to clarify AOI 3; to clarify Applications Specifically Not of Interest Section; to clarify that each application is restricted to a single AOI; and to incorporate BIL priorities in section V.E.
Amendment 000003 - The purpose of this amendment is to make clarifying edits to the requirements of the Justice40 Initiative Plan, and make edits/updates to Appendix C.
