Attendees who are joining the meeting, a payment must be submitted no later than Thursday, May 14, 2026 to partake in group catering. 

Group catering includes $33.00 for each day; continental breakfast, beverages, snacks and lunch.  Based on your schedule you can pay for one, two or all three days.

*NETL employees must pay by personal credit card if they wish to partake in the group catering. 
**Registration fee will not be refunded after Thursday, May 14, 2026.
NOTE: If you plan on attending, but not partaking in the group catering, please use the $0 option to register.

 

 
Laboratory Tour Requirement:  Closed-toed shoes are required and must be worn during the tour as this is a walking tour. 
Conference and Meeting Spaces:   You may want to have a sweater on hand as it could be a bit chilly in certain areas within conference rooms.

  • Explosives or Incendiary Devices
  • Radioactive Sources
  • Open Containers of Alcoholic Beverages
  • Illegal Drugs
  • Pets 

 
Photography: is prohibited while on the NETL site, whether in outdoor or indoor spaces.  An NETL photographer will be present during the events and photographs will be posted to the lab’s Flickr account afterwards. We can share the link with your post-visit. 
 
Any visitor coming to NETL MUST present a Real ID or Real ID compliant identification. A passport, HSPD-12 PIV, DOD ID may be used as a Real ID compliant identification. If the visitor does not have a Real ID or Real ID compliant identification, they will be denied access.

**The registration fees associated with NETL-hosted events are used to purchase food and beverages for attendees because the law prohibits using taxpayer funds to purchase food and beverages. Registrants may decline the food and beverages provided and attend the event for free.
