Visitor Information:

Site Entry Requirements:

Identification is required. All visitors MUST present a Real ID or Real ID compliant identification. A passport, HSPD-12 PIV, DOD ID may be used as a Real ID compliant identification. Visitors who do not have a Real ID or Real ID compliant identification, will be denied site access.
All vehicles are subject to a Security search at the gate before entering the site.

  - Explosives or Incendiary Devices
  - Radioactive Sources
  - Open Containers of Alcoholic Beverages
  - Illegal Drugs
  - Pets
Photography: is prohibited while on the NETL site, whether in outdoor or indoor spaces.
- An NETL photographer will be present during the events and photographs will be posted to the lab’s Flickr account afterwards. The Flickr link can be shared with you post-visit upon request.

Registration and Fee for Refreshments & Lunch:

$33.00 - Fee includes a light breakfast, refreshments and lunch. (Tax, tip & delivery are included)

$0.00 - Decline Refreshments & Lunch

Payment must be submitted no later than Monday, February 2, 2026.
Registration fee will not be refunded after Monday, February 2, 2026.
NOTE: If you plan on attending, but not partaking in the food option, please select the $0 option to register.
NETL employees must pay by personal credit card if they wish to partake in the food options.
