Any visitor coming to NETL after May 6th, 2025, MUST present a Real ID or Real ID compliant identification. A passport, HSPD-12 PIV, DOD ID may be used as a Real ID compliant identification. If the visitor does not have a Real ID or Real ID compliant identification, they will be denied access.
If you are a foreign national, including LPRs, please complete the attached form 142.1-1A, along with scanned copies of your Visa/LPR and Passport and send to Security-Events@netl.doe.gov. Due to Department of Energy requirements, all foreign nationals, must submit an updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) listing all work positions, science and technology specialties and detailing education and employment history, with no gaps. The completed CV must be provided along with the 142.1.1A form. Forms, copies of credentials and CVs must be submitted by Monday, June 16, 2025 to allow for processing.
NETL employees must pay by personal credit card if they wish to partake in the conference food. If you plan on attending, but not partaking in the food, please use the $0 option to register.
Registration payment must be submitted no later than Thursday, July 10, 2025 to partake in conference food.
Registration fee will not be refunded after Thursday, July 10, 2025.
