Due to updated Department of Energy’s requirements, all foreign national visitors/assignees, must also submit an updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) listing all work positions, science and technology specialties and detailing education and employment history, with no gaps. The completed CV must be provided to Omer Bakshi at Omer.Bakshi@netl.doe.gov no later than May 1, 2019.

The completed 142.1-1A form and complete CV must be submitted no later than May 1, 2019, for processing.

 

Refunds will not be issued after May 14, 2019.
